There’s a lot that goes to mounting three or more major productions every single year and to get these productions to the stage, we need the support of dedicated volunteers and members in the background.

Each one of our shows has a cast of people who can’t go onstage naked so we need a dedicated team to get them onstage clothed! That’s where our amazing Sewing Team come in. We love to have a dedicated bank of seamsters and seamstresses who work alongside the Costume Designer or Costume Coordinator for each of our shows who have a passion for making beautiful costumes!

Our Sewing Team meets as required or when we’ve got a show to costume and can be assigned various activities like pattern making, alterations, costume creation or even just patching up costumes.
