The beloved Bendigo Theatre Company Arts Shed has undergone a host of renovations to bring it up to standard for a variety of purposes from rehearsals to full blown performances. The Venue itself contains a fully functioning performance/rehearsal space with a basic lighting rig as well as the ability to make use of scrims or smothers depending on the needs of the client. It seats an audience of 61 with air conditioning/heating. Alongside this, it is flanked by a fully functioning kitchen and meeting room with adjacent toilets. Towards the back of the venue, is a smaller rehearsal space with floor-to-ceiling mirrors for dance rehearsals. Finally, we have our expansive workshop space that is used for the creation and development of sets and properties.
